So I just got back from Ocean's 12, and - while the eye-candy was fun - I feel like I'm missing something.
My understanding of the events is something like this:
1) François Toulour (Night Fox) calls Benedict, gives him the locations of the 11 thiefs
2) Benedict demands his money back, Ocean's 11 re-forms
3) Ocean's 11 meets with La Marque, arrange plan to get money from Night Fox (who La Marque was mentoring?? Why the sellout?)
4) Ocean's 11 easily steals the egg on the train
5) Night Fox steals a fake egg, thinking it's real
6) Ocean's 11 (now 12) steal a fake egg, knowing its fake, and get caught (why?? Wouldn't step 4 have been enough??)
7) La Marque gets the real egg (why?) and his daughter
